1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
1.2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Opened ink or toner cartridges.
1.3. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@proprintshop.xyz
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return process.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refund Eligibility
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
2.2. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2.3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
3.1. Exchange Eligibility
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, subject to product availability.
- Contact our Customer Service team to request an exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, details of the damage or defect, and any supporting photos.
4.2. Resolution for Damaged or Defective Items
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
